UUMFE\u2019s work and inter-organizational collaborations are grounded in environmental and climate justice organizing principles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently UUMFE has a inspirational Acting Director and a great Board.\u00a0It is a time of new vision for us.\u00a0 Please consider joining us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Summary: <\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>The Fundraising Contractors\u00a0 is a part time position, and of limited duration.\u00a0UUMFE anticipates a three or four month contract for this position. The Contractor will co-develop a fundraising plan with the Board, and implement the plan within four months.\u00a0The plan will have two distinct sub-plans:\u00a0 for individuals, and for congregations.\u00a0Both short-term and long-term fundraising strategies should be presented.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contractor will have substantial interactions with the Board and Staff.\u00a0Select Board members will set milestone goals, share general fundraising expertise, past fundraising experience at UUMFE, and pass along data from the CRM (Customer Relations Management) database.\u00a0Staff will work as colleagues to help with communications, both via email and phone calls.
