Through these Shared Values, we understand climate justice to be a moral imperative.<\/li>\n<li><em>We are grounded in environmental justice.<\/em> We affirm and promote the <a href=\"https:\/\/uumfe.org\/about\/environmental-justice-framework-resources\/\">framework of race- and class-informed environmental justice<\/a>\u00a0and strive to center the leadership and needs of frontline communities.<\/li>\n<li><em>We are grounded in partnership and collective action<\/em>. We know that individual consumption choices are not enough; it is only through <a href=\"https:\/\/uumfe.org\/about\/partnerships\/\">partnership and collective action<\/a> that we can save our biosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Leadership<\/h2>\n<p>UUMFE is led by a board of directors, a small staff, and many volunteers spread across the United States.<\/p>\n<p>UUMFE governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and Annual Form 990 are available to the public upon request to <a href=\"mailto:Treasurer@uumfe.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Treasurer@uumfe.org<\/a><\/p>\n<a class=\"lts_button lts_button_sc lts_button_default lt_rounded lt_flat  \"  style=\"background:#0016b0;color:#ffffff;border-color:#0016b0;\" href=\"https:\/\/uumfe.org\/about\/leadership\/\"   >LEARN MORE<\/a>\n<h2>History and Organizational Documents<\/h2>\n<p>Caring for the interdependent web of life is a core spiritual practice of Unitarian Universalism.
