UU Ministry for Earth endorses the campaign to cut ties with Chase Bank.

According to the 2019 Banking Report Card, Chase Bank is a primary funder of the fossil fuel industry. UUMFE encourages you to take action and cut up your Chase credit cards; join us as we pressure Chase to stop funding destructive fossil fuel infrastructure projects. Past divestment campaigns have proven successful, most recently the European Investment Bank has agreed to phase out financing for fossil fuels, in the US, Chase Bank has been a primary funder of fossil fuels and the #CutTheChase challenge is one step along with steps such as the ones taken by Extinction Rebellion (where Aly Tharp, UUMFE Program Director was arrested in Austin TX).
