UU Ministry for Earth is proud to be one of the Executive Producers of the new documentary film, The Condor & the Eagle, and equally excited to announce that the film’s World Premiere was at the Woodstock Film Festival in Woodstock, NY on Friday, October 4th.
The Condor & the Eagle is part of the official selection in over a dozen film festivals across the US this October (see partial list below), and this is only the beginning!
The film follows four Indigenous leaders as they embark on an extraordinary trans-continental adventure from the Canadian plains to deep into the heart of the Amazonian jungle to unite the peoples of North and South America and deepen the meaning of “Climate Justice”. Their path through the jungle takes them on an unexpectedly challenging and liberating journey, which will forever change their attachment to the Earth and one another.
Stay tuned for more news about the launch of this important film, and make sure to reserve a ticket if there is a screening near you! Watch the official trailer on the film’s Facebook page.
