Worship and make art with us at the Climate Justice Creative Collaborative!
Saturday, April 29th at 8pm at UUA Mid-America Regional Assembly, Oak Brook, ILAs part of the UUYACJ Network’s 100 Climate Justice Worship Services Campaign, members of the Network will be co-leading an engaging, interactive and multi-generational worship at the UUA Mid-America Regional Assembly.

A variety of speakers will provide grounding reflections on climate justice, prompting folks to respond through creative mediums about what climate justice means to them as individuals and a community. Folks are invited to bring this art to General Assembly and for local organizing in an interwoven narrative about UUism and climate justice.

Young adults (ages 18-35) are also invited to stay after the worship for a young adult caucus with members of UUAYCJ.

UUYACJ bandanas will also be available for purchase and donation.

More info can be found on the UU Mid-America Regional Assembly’s website. This event is being put on with the generous support of Nancy Combs-Morgan, Program Consultant with the UUA Mid-America Region.
