January 2017:  Letter to the California South Coast Air Quality Management Board (SCAQMD), which regulates air pollution standards for the counties of Los Angeles and Orange, and part of San Bernardino and Riverside, is finalizing its Air Quality Management Plan, which is does so every four years.  The letter emphasized the need for clear plans to supply air quality improvements to the most vulnerable populations – elderly, children, and economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.  This is a partnership with Interfaith Power and Light.
